- Individual arrive in Alba
- Alba – Manera, 24/33 km. The fist stage runs entirely through an endless panorama of vineyards of the most famous wines of the region. You have the chance to visit some typical villages of the Langhe, in particular Neive with its castle and Barbaresco with its civic tower, situated in a panoramic position over the Tanaro valley.
- Manera – Serralunga, 19 km. Today we follow the "Romantic road of Langhe and Roero", a gentle route made of traffic-safe roads and panoramic tracks, that will take you through spectaculars views over the vineyards and small villages, where you can stop for a break. Finally you cycle to your destination: Serralunga d'Alba, whose castle is considered one of the best-preserved examples of a 14th-century noble castle in Piedmont.
- Serralunga – La Morra 22 km. The day begins with a beutiful downhill to the Talloria valley, at the end of which, for those who wish, a detour to the castle of Grinzane is possible. The route continues first to Castiglione Falletto, then to Barolo, home of the most famous and appreciated wine of Piedmont. Its castle hosts the Wine Museum, a journey of wine culture and tradition, through history, art, film, music, literature and cuisinethere. The route ends in La Morra, a magnificent terrace nestled over the hills.
- La Morra - Cherasco, 19/24 km. Today we temporarily leave the Langhe. Crossing the river Tanaro we reach Cherasco, which will welcome you with its historic centre perched on the confluence of two rivers.
- Cherasco - Alba, 31 km. Today's route will take you back to Alba. The path is very easy and includes a visit to Pollenzo, an ancient Roman city and home of the University of Taste. Before arriving in Alba, you can make a short detour to Roddi to visit its historic center dominated by the castle.
