- Arrival in San Vito Lo Capo, a fishermen village on the sea worldwide known for its superb and long white-sand beach, the Cous Cous Festival and the nearby Zingaro Nature Reserve.
- WALKING IN ZINGARO NATURE RESERVE (6 hours walking, +500m -500m). This self-guided excursion begins from the northern access of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, where a beautiful and suggestive walk takes you along its paths, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and groves. After many coves and wonderful panoramas, you also have the chance to take a swim! Then, you continue your walk admiring the colours of the sea and discovering the charming views the Gulf offers to you.
- SAN VITO LO CAPO - TRAPANI (65 km). The first cycling day is a very scenic ride. You start the discovery of the western coast of Sicily, enchanted by the turquoise sea, the 'Tonnare' (the places where the Tuna fishing took place) and the Saracen towers you find along the coast.
- TRAPANI - MARSALA (50 km). Today you ride in total relax! The panoramic road runs along the sea, where the view of the windmills on the salinas is amazing. Then, you have the chance to visit the little uncontaminated punic island of Mozia, where you can find an archaeological site and a private museum. Just a few kilometres and you reach Marsala. Don't miss the chance to visit one of the cantine where the typical liqueur, the “Marsala”, is produced.
- MARSALA - MAZARA DEL VALLO (29 km). Before you start the ride, you have the chance to visit the town, do some wine tasting in one of the many local wineries or just relax. Otherwise, you may cross the sea and visit one of the beautiful Egadi Islands. Then, an easy ride takes you to Mazara del Vallo, a very nice town with a 'Kasbah'. Mazara is worldwide known for the bronze statue called the 'Dancing Satyr'.
- MAZARA - SELINUNTE (40 km). This stage is really great. You cycle along the coast, admiring the amazing views of the Egadi Islands, but also inland, among vineyards and olive trees. After the ride, you can relax admiring the wonders of Selinunte and its archeological Park, the largest in Europe. The archaeological park surrounding Selinunte and its monuments, in fact, extends about 1.300 metres east to west.
- SELINUNTE - SCIACCA (38 km). On the last cycling day your destination is the enchanting town of Sciacca, a town by the sea again. Sciacca is famous for its ceramics, its thermal baths and its religious festivals, as well as for its large fishing fleet.
